Si riferisce al sentiero in otto parti descritto da Pata\u00f1jali negli *Yoga S\u016btra*:<\/p>\n<p>Yama (fondamenti etici), Niyama (osservanze interiori), \u0100sana (postura), Pr\u0101\u1e47\u0101y\u0101ma (controllo del respiro), Praty\u0101h\u0101ra (ritiro dei sensi), Dh\u0101ra\u1e47\u0101 (concentrazione), Dhy\u0101na (meditazione) e Sam\u0101dhi (assorbimento).<\/p>\n<p>Questi rami si sostengono a vicenda come i rami dello stesso albero. Le pratiche esteriori \u2014 \u0101sana, pr\u0101\u1e47\u0101y\u0101ma e la coltivazione della condotta etica \u2014 creano stabilit\u00e0 e purezza affinch\u00e9 i rami pi\u00f9 sottili possano fiorire. Quando questo percorso viene praticato con sincerit\u00e0, conduce verso l\u2019interno, verso la quiete e la realizzazione della propria vera natura.<\/p>\n<p>Vinyasa significa l\u2019arte di sincronizzare respiro e movimento. Ogni azione corrisponde a un\u2019inspirazione o a un\u2019espirazione, creando un flusso ritmico che genera calore interno. Questo calore purifica il sangue, rafforza il corpo e libera la mente.<\/p>\n<p>Come diceva spesso Guruji Pattabhi Jois, lo scopo del vinyasa \u00e8 la purificazione. L\u2019unione di respiro e movimento pulisce il sistema, rilasciando le tossine attraverso il sudore \u2014 un sottoprodotto essenziale dello sforzo e della concentrazione. Pazienza, attenzione e umilt\u00e0 sono essenziali. Attraverso questa disciplina, il praticante impara che il vero progresso non si misura dalla flessibilit\u00e0, ma dalla presenza e dalla devozione.<\/p>\n<p>Un aspetto vitale della purificazione interiore, cos\u00ec come insegnato da Pattabhi Jois, riguarda i sei veleni che velano il cuore spirituale.
